Dear tenants,
I would like to inform you about the flood protection measures in force for the Futurama Business Park.
We have prepared a flood plan for the premises, approved by the Prague 8 Municipal District - Department of Safety and Crisis Management and the Vltava River Basin - Lower Vltava Plant.
Today from 10.00 a.m. the entrance gates will be closed all day, so please be patient and use your access card when entering and exiting the garage. If there is an emergency, see below, it will be necessary to unpark vehicles from the garages and secure the entrances with sandbags.
Our premises are located at an altitude of 186.60 m above sea level. Voctářova Street at Rohanské nábřeží has a ground elevation of 186.20 m above sea level.
For us is important to monitor the flow of the Vltava in Chuchle.
- alertness 230 cm, flow 1 040 m3/s
- alert 306 cm, flow 1 500 m3/s
- emergency 552 cm, flow 3 090 m3/s
In an emergency, we are required to:
- Stop the food supply to the cafeteria and cafeteria
- Prevent vehicles from entering underground garages
- In an emergency, we are obliged to limit or interrupt the operation of the premises and pump out the diesel from the diesel generator tanks.

Now the water level in Chuchla is 109 cm and the flow is 268 m3/s, so there is no danger.
