Safichem Invest, is a private Real Estate investment and Asset management company. It was originally founded in 2012 as an investment branch of the Safichem Group with a focus on investment in real estate and asset management. The Safichem group is a group of industrial firms, which operate in the areas of engineering, manufacturing, renewable resources and asset management. Thanks to the cooperation within the Group, all investments are backed by years of experience from our companies professionals and as such we are able to repeatedly deliver and meet customer expectations.
Our real estate portfolio includes prestigious landmarks such as Koruna Palace situated on Venceslaws Square 1, a strategically located UPS logistics center in immediate proximity to the Vaclav Havel Airport, or Futurama business park located within the thriving neighborhood of Karlin.
